Forum registration fees are divided into Regular and Student fees. Students must provide a photocopy of their valid student card or equivalent. There are different fees available for Members of the ISA/FES/ACS and Non-Members. ISA Members are scholars who paid to the ISA Secretariat in Madrid their individual membership fees for the current year. FES/ACS members are scholars who paid individual membership fees of the association for the current year.
Students are requested to send a copy of their student cards showing validity date.
Regular registration fees have been divided into three categories A, B, and C. Participants must identify the category in which their country of residence is classified and pay the registration fee corresponding to this category. The table of countries can be found on http://www.isa-sociology.org/table_c.htm
The registration fee includes:
- Access to Forum sessions, book exhibition and social events
- Forum Programme
Registration and accommodation on-line
Choice of hotels
Cancellations
Cancellations must be received in writing on/or before 15 July 2008 to isa2008@congrex.com
All cancellations will be assessed a 10 Euro cancellation fee regardless of the reasons of cancelling. Refunds will be sent after the congress is completed.
All programme participants (paper givers, session organizers, chairs, discussants, etc.) must register before May 31, 2008. Otherwise their names will not appear in the Programme Book and abstracts of their papers will not be published on Internet.
Daily registration will be available for purchase at the on site Registration Desk in Barcelona starting on September 5, 2008. The daily registration fee of Euro 70 includes:
- Access to Forum sessions, book exhibition and social events
- Forum Programme
Tickets for the Opening reception and other social events will be available for purchase by non-registered persons.
