Sessions Allocation

1. Research Committees, Working and Thematic Groups will have a room at their disposal and they can organize a maximum of 7 sessions of two hours each.
• If a RC-WG-TG has more than 42 papers approved by the time of closing the program (January 31, 2008) it can apply for a second room to enable the splitting of the program into a maximum of 14 sessions.
  
• If the number of the approved papers exceeds 84, an additional room for up to 21 sessions can be solicited.
  
2. In the case of two or more RCs, WGs and TGs organize a joint program, they can apply for an extended number of sessions, maximum of 14 sessions.
   If the number of the approved papers exceeds 84, an additional room for up to 21 sessions can be solicited.

Important note: only authors registered before may 31, 2008 will be listed in the programme.
