Forum registration fees are divided into regular and student fees. Each student (including PhD students) must provide a photocopy of her/his valid student card or equivalent. There are different fees available for members of the International Sociological Association, the Argentinean Sociological Association and the Latin American Sociological Association, and non-members.
ISA members are scholars who have paid their individual membership fees for the current year to the ISA Secretariat in Madrid. AAS/ALAS members are scholars who have paid individual membership fees of the association for the current year.
Registration fees have been divided into three categories: A, B, and C. Each participant must identify the category in which her/his country of residence is classified and pay the registration fee corresponding to this category. Please see the table of countries.
All programme participants (paper givers, session organizers, chairs, discussants, etc.) must pay the full registration fee before April 10, 2012.

The price of the tickets for the Closing Party on Saturday, August 4, 2012, at 20:00-21:30 hrs, is USD 30. They can be bought on-line together with registration or at the Registration Desk.
Tickets for the Welcome Reception (USD15) and for the closing Party (USD30) for accompanying persons can be bought on-line or at the Registration Desk.
Daily registration will be available for purchase at the Registration Desk.
A daily registration fee is not available for programme participants (paper givers, discussants, speakers, session organizers, chairs, etc.) who must register before an early registration deadline.
The daily registration fee of USD 95 includes:

Cancellation terms and conditions
If you cannot attend, your registration is transferable to another member of your organisation.
Please inform Congrex Sweden AB in writing as soon as possible to whom your registration should be
transferred to, in order to be able to print the correct name on the name badge.
Cancellation of registration
Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to Congrex Sweden AB, isa2012@congrex.com
Cancellation will be accepted before or on 8 June, 2012 and the total amount will be refunded less a cancellation
charge of USD 25. The cancellation fee will be assessed regardless of the reason for cancelling.
We regret that no refund can be made for any cancellation received after 8 June, 2012.
If you are entitled to a refund please note that refunds will be made after the conference has been completed.
