Congress registration fees are divided into Regular and Student fees. Each student must provide a photocopy of her/his valid student card or equivalent. There are different fees available for ISA Members and Non-Members. ISA Members are scholars who paid to the ISA Secretariat in Madrid their individual membership fees for the current year. Regular registration fees have been divided into three categories: A, B, and C. Each participant must identify the economy category in which her/his country of residence is classified and pay the registration fee corresponding to this category. See the table of economies.
 
All programme participants (paper givers, session organizers, chairs, discussants, etc.) must register before May 4, 2010. Otherwise their names will not appear in the Programme Book and abstracts of their papers will not be published on the Internet.

Registration Information
Svenska Mässan is centrally located in the city centre of Gothenburg.
The registration desk and congress secretariat is located in the foyer at Svenska Mässan.
Address: Entrance 8, Mässans Gata 8 in Gothenburg (approx. 100 meters from Korsvägen).

Please note that if we have not received your payment, you will have to pay by credit card in order to be able to attend the congress. Please make sure to settle any open balance before leaving for Gothenburg, Sweden.

Opening hours of the registration desk
On site registration starts on Sunday, 11 July at 10:00 hrs.

Daily registration will be available for purchase at the Registration Desk in Goteborg. The daily registration fee of Euro 105 | SEK 1050 (including 25% VAT*) includes:

• Access to Congress Sessions on the given day
  
• Opening Ceremony and Reception
  
• Congress Programme
  
• Congress Name Badge

Tickets for all social events will be very limited for purchase on-site.

Congress party
Friday 16 July, at 20:00 hrs. Location: Restaurang Trädgår'n, Göteborg. Included in the price is a cold plate and 2 glases of vine/beer/non alcoholic. Places are limited, please book early to avoid disappointment. Price/ticket SEK 500

Cancellation of registration
If you cannot attend, your registration is transferable to another member of your organisation.
Please inform Congrex Sweden AB in writing as soon as possible to whom your registration should be transferred to, in order to be able to print the correct name on the badge and also on the rooming list to the hotel.

Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to Congrex Sweden AB, isa2010@congrex.com

Cancellation will be accepted on/or before 21 May, 2010 and the total amount will be refunded less a cancellation charge of SEK 200. The cancellation fee will be assessed regardless of the reason for cancelling.

We regret that no refund can be made for any cancellation received after 21 May, 2010.

If you are entitled to a refund please note that refunds will be made after the congress has been completed.

*Refund of VAT
Companies and other organisations within the European Union that are registered for VAT can apply for a refund of the VAT they have paid.

Lowest amount is EUR 50 and last date for application is September 30 the calendar year after the application is valid for.

Within the European Union this is done through each country's VAT authority, were the company or organisation is resident.
