Notice from the Editor of International Sociology Review of Books
In assigning books for review we often find that even though a publication is obviously of significance, reviewers best qualified are not immediately available for the task.
Since new publications are constantly sent to our office, we now find that we have had to abandon efforts to solicit full (1500-word) reviews of books published three to five years ago which have relevance for the sociological community.
Before we give up on them altogether, we would like to invite members of the ISA to write short reviews (150 - 200 words) of one of the following books.
If you are interested, please write to Devorah KALEKIN-FISHMAN dkalekin@univ.haifa.ac.il naming the book you want to review and citing your qualifications to do so in the body of the message.
