Tenure-track or tenured Faculty position

The Department of Sociology, Seoul National University, South Korea (Republic of Korea) invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track or tenured faculty position. As an effort to internationalize research and teaching, this position is reserved for scholars of foreign (non-Korean) citizenship. Rank and field are open.

The successful candidate is expected to begin in September 2010. Salary is internationally competitive. Excellent records of research, publication and teaching are expected.

Qualified candidates should mail a cover letter, a curriculum vitae, a statement of research and teaching interests, copies of a few published works, and three letters of reference to:
