Aage
B. Sørensen Student Travel Award
RC28's Board announces a new student award in memory of
Aage B. Sørensen. These competitive awards are intended
to help outstanding graduate students participate in RC28
conferences. Awards, of 500 USD each, will be made in conjunction
with each RC28 conference. The exact number of awards made
each year will depend of the availability of funds but is
assumed to be about 2-4. Members can make donation to the
award fund. Please send checks in the name of RC28 with
a designation that they are for the Sørensen Award.

Newsletter is published twice a year, in June and in
December, and appears on the RC28 web site.

subsidizes low income members for travel to RC28 conferences.
