Established in 1974

Objectives

The primary goal of the Research Committee on Deviance and Social Control is to expedite communication among scholars interested in cross-cultural research on deviance and social control. In addition it is sensitive to developing areas and different perspectives within the field so that important areas of interest are not excluded.
