Unscheduled Events. RC39 newsletter is published three times a year.
International Journal of Mass Emergencies and Disaster, an official journal of RC39, is published triannually. It is concerned with the social and behavioral aspects of relatively sudden collective stress situations typically referred to as disasters or mass emergencies.

Membership
For scholars from category A countries: USD140 (students USD 60) for a 4-year period.
For scholars from category B countries: USD 34 (students USD 20) for a 4-year period.
For scholars from category C countries: USD 10 (students USD 6) for a 4-year period.

Membership includes subscription to International Journal of Mass Emergencies and Disaster
