- Visa welcome letter
Please complete the request form at https://arinex.eventsair.com/wcs2023/welcome-letter. A welcome letter will be issued on completion of the form. Please note that you must attach proof of your registration and the welcome letter when lodging your visa. Prepare and include the letter and registration proof as a single PDF file with your application.
