Abstract

The aim of thesis is to study the effectiveness of influence of social self-organizing information campaigns and public information campaigns on the regulation of social processes in society. In the context of this work will be considered the most detailed information and communication resources that are in the process of informatization of society play a significant role. Modern society has the new information technologies that allow people to always be in the process of communication. Development of communicative medium allows the individual to go beyond the established order, in terms of expanding their horizons , knowledge and more. This environment allows us to develop social control , and promotes the formation of public opinion, which may well resist the will of the state . Communication in public relations, primarily due to the transfer of information interchange emotions translation of personal and social experience , training and socialization. Thus , communication is a form of social control and settlement .
In Russian society more advanced information and communication resources coming from public authorities. Thus, in recent years the authorities have actively sought to form information- communicative environment , which would allow officials to bring to the people and improve the efficiency of feedback. In this regard, the capital program has been adopted "Electronic Moscow" , in the framework of which is formed various government portals on topical issues. There are active PR portals " Our Town " and " Public services " in press publishing information about regulated matters to commend.
By self-organizing social -communicative information resources include social movements , which are formed in the Internet environment , mainly in social networks. Movements and actions of Internet users in varying degrees are designed to express the public opinion about the situation in the country, in the city on a specific issue , and thus convey their views to the public authorities.
The transport problem is one of the most acute for Moscow. In recent time, citizens have become increasingly positive move in the optimization of public transport and the creation of parking lots. However, the problem of traffic jam is still more acute.
Transport system metropolis is one of the major subsystems of the social infrastructure , development and management of its fully defines the strategic objectives of Moscow. Terms of transport services are one of the indicators of quality of life, affecting its duration. To solve the traffic problems in Moscow is particularly important activity of management bodies , institutions and organizations to develop and implement transport policies.
However, due to the complexity of solving the transportation problem in the city , the administration should act on the information of citizens to reduce grievances on this issue , as well as the promotion of measures to improve the traffic situation in the city.
In this regard, the information in this case , as elsewhere, is a strategically important resource whose use must change behavioral habits of people and creation . Proper presentation of information by public authorities can help stabilize the situation and to mobilize citizens for certain actions.
