Name Badge

Each delegate will receive a name badge upon registration. For security reasons, wearing your badge is mandatory at all Forum-related  activities. Access to all sessions, exhibitions, and social events—including the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception—will only be granted to those wearing their badge.

Accreditation & Badge Pick-Up

Location: Entrance of the Faculty of Education Sciences (Faculté des Sciences de l’Éducation - FSE), Boulevard Mohammed Ben Abdellah Regragui, Madinat Al Irfane, Rabat.

Accreditation Hours

Sunday, July 6 – 10:00 to 17:00
Monday, July 7 – 8:00 to 18:00
Tuesday, July 8 to Friday, July 11 – 8:00 to 16:00

Information Booths

Available at the entrance of the FSE, SJES, and ASJE buildings.

Volunteers

Volunteers wearing blue ISA Forum T-shirts will provide assistance at the different venues.

Lost and Found

If you find or lose something, please go to the Information Desk located at each venue entrance.

Medical Services

Urgent medical assistance will be available at the Faculty of Education Sciences (FSE).
Delegates are responsible for arranging their own insurance for non-emergency needs.
